We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags still attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or broken.

You received the wrong item.
If there is an issue, please email us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom/Personalized Products: Items made to order or personalized.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Purchases made during clearance events or using gift cards are final sale.

Personal Care Products: For hygienic reasons, certain intimate or cosmetic items cannot be returned once opened.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
