Shipping Policy
At TryLevix, our goal is to offer you the best and fastest shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume periods, postal service delays, or extreme weather conditions. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays with you.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of the email being sent. You can use this link to monitor the exact location and progress of your package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TryLevix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we can update the address for you.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and make it right.
